Consulting

For brands who have the people and need the answer. One-off work with a defined start, a defined finish and something you keep.

What it is

Expertise without handing over the account

Not everyone needs an agency. Plenty of brands have someone perfectly capable running Amazon who is stuck on a specific problem, or who has never been shown how a well-run account is supposed to work.

Consulting is us being useful for a defined piece of work and then getting out of the way. No retainer, no access you have to remember to revoke, and no pressure to turn it into something bigger.

Full account audit

A written report against your own account exports. What is wrong, what it is costing you, and the order to fix it in. Deeper than the free review, which tells you whether there is a case worth acting on at all.

Strategy session

A working session on one question. Launch sequencing, pricing, EU expansion, what to do with a channel that has stalled, or whether a product belongs on Amazon in the first place.

Training

Structured sessions for whoever runs the account in-house. The point is that the knowledge stays with your team rather than walking out with an agency.

Creative and advertising design

Listing creative, A+ and ad design as a standalone project

For brands who run their own account but need the page rebuilt: a full image suite per SKU, A+ Premium modules, Brand Store and the Sponsored Brands creative to match. Scoped per SKU, quoted before it starts, and handed over as files you own.

This is not the free review. The free review costs nothing, has no obligation, and exists to tell you whether Amazon is worth your money. Everything on this page is paid work, quoted before it starts.
How it works

Four steps, no surprises

1

A call

You tell us the problem. We tell you whether it is the real problem, and whether an audit, a session or training is the right shape for it.

2

A quote

Hours estimated up front at £99 + VAT. If it turns out to need fewer, you are billed for fewer.

3

The work

Read-only access to what we need. We work from your own exports rather than third-party estimates, so the numbers are yours.

4

The handover

A written document and a call to walk through it. Questions afterwards are not billed.

The deliverable

You get a document, not a call you half remember

Every audit lands as a written report against your own account data, in the order the problems are costing you money.

Amazon account audit

What the report covers, section by section

  1. Advertising wasteEvery campaign over a spend threshold with zero conversions in the last 30 days, rebid against its own CPC and documented with its lifetime return, so the reasoning can be checked rather than taken on trust.
  2. Listing and conversionTitles, bullets, imagery and A+ read against the terms you actually rank for, with click-through and conversion separated so you know whether the problem is the click or the close.
  3. Inventory healthCover, excess, stranded units and the restock dates that protect rank through your next peak.
  4. Brand protectionUnauthorised sellers, buy box share and price movement across the range.
  5. Compliance riskPolicy warnings, listing suppressions and anything likely to cost you the account.
  6. The order to fix it inThree things first, with what each is worth. Everything else after.
Pricing

One rate, quoted before we start

£99per hour
Plus VAT. No retainer, no minimum.
  • Estimated up front. You get the hours in writing before anything is billed, and the estimate is what you pay unless you change the scope.
  • Billed for the hours it takes. A written audit is usually four to six. A strategy session is two. Training is priced per session.
  • Packages for anything ongoing. A standing quarterly audit or a training programme across several sessions is quoted as one figure.
  • Credited if you move to account management. The audit fee comes off your first month. We would rather you spent the money on the work than on finding out what the work should be.
A real example

What one waste audit turned up

A single pass over a live Sponsored Products account, looking only at campaigns above a £3 spend threshold with no conversions in the previous 30 days.

£616.94
Wasted spend found
In 30 days, to 3 May
60
Zero-order campaigns
£427.20 rebid or paused
267
Dormant campaigns
Bids too low to win an impression
£133.46
SB video keywords
Terminated outright
The point was never the £617. It was that 267 campaigns sat at bids too low to win a single impression while 60 others burned budget on terms that never converted. The account was paying for both failure modes at once, and neither shows up in a monthly report.
