Account Management
We run your Seller Central account as your agency, all on our systems. You own the account, the listings and the data, start to finish.
Someone whose full-time job is your Amazon channel
Most brands run Amazon as a neglected last priority. It gets an hour on a Friday, and the advertising runs on the settings it was last left on. The listings were written when the product launched and never touched again.
That is not negligence, it is arithmetic. Amazon moves weekly and nobody with a real job can keep up. Account management is us taking the channel off your desk and running it properly, on your account, with you still owning everything.
The first ninety days, and then every month after
Weeks 1 to 2
Access, Brand Registry and a full read of the account. We tell you what is wrong before we touch anything, and agree what gets fixed first.
Weeks 3 to 8
The heavy build. Keyword research, titles, bullets, backend terms, a full image set, A+ Premium and the Brand Store. Advertising restructured underneath it.
Weeks 9 to 12
Scale. Spend goes up against the returns you have agreed, promotions and Subscribe & Save go live, and inventory forecasting takes over from guesswork.
Ongoing
Weekly search term reviews, waste audits, launches, policy monitoring and monthly reporting. The plan changes when the numbers do.
Six areas, all of them ours
Listings and content
Titles, bullets and backend search terms built from real search query data. A+ Premium, Brand Story, Brand Store and a full image set per SKU, produced in-house rather than farmed out.
Advertising and PPC
Campaigns split branded and generic so the two can be judged separately, which is the only way to tell acquisition from billing you for your own name. Weekly harvesting, bid management to CPC, waste audits.
Brand protection
Unauthorised sellers identified and removed, counterfeits reported, price tanking stopped before it drags down your trade and retail pricing.
New product launch
Creative, listings and advertising built before launch rather than after it stalls, so the page is worth sending traffic to on day one.
Commercial and retention
Lightning Deals, Brand Tailored Promotions, Subscribe & Save, price and offer setup. Turning one-off buyers into repeat ones is cheaper than finding new ones.
Inventory and reporting
Restock forecasting against your real lead times, stockout warnings before they happen, policy change monitoring, and monthly reporting you can actually read.
What you should expect to get out of it
- Less waste, quickly. The fastest money on most accounts is not new sales, it is the spend already going nowhere. That gets found in the first month.
- Sales that stop depending on ads. Advertising buys rank and reviews. Rank and reviews then sell on their own. Watching organic share climb is how you know the channel is becoming an asset rather than a habit.
- Pricing you control. Unauthorised sellers stop dragging your Amazon price down, which stops it dragging down everywhere else.
- Your Friday back. The channel stops being the thing you have not got round to.
- An account that is worth something. Listings, creative, reviews, rank and advertising history all stay yours. If we part ways you keep a working channel, not a hole.
- Straight answers. Including the ones you do not want, like a launch being badly timed or a product that will not work on Amazon at any budget.
| Is it for you? | A good fit | Probably not |
|---|---|---|
| Your situation | Selling on Amazon and knowing it should be doing more, or about to launch there properly | Wanting someone to run ads and nothing else |
| Your product | A real brand with margin in it and something to defend | A commodity competing only on price |
| Your appetite | Happy to invest in the channel for a few months before judging it | Needing the channel to pay for itself in week three |
NX1 Project, an account we run
A Scottish skincare brand with no Amazon presence at all. We built the creative, the listings, the A+ content and the Brand Store before a single ad ran, then ran the channel from there.
