An agency run by someone who still sells

I am Robert O'Donnell. I started A2Z Solutions after years of selling on Amazon with my own money, and I still do it. That business runs alongside this one.

That is deliberate. Most agencies learn Amazon from the outside, on someone else's account, with someone else's budget. I have had stock stranded, listings suppressed, launches mistimed and ad budgets wasted, all on my own money. It is an expensive education and it is the reason the advice here tends to be more conservative and more specific than you will get elsewhere.

Most of what we do is account management: running a brand's own Seller Central account, all on our systems, so the channel stays their asset. We also buy stock and run Amazon outright as a sole authorised seller where a brand would rather hand the whole thing over, and we advise and train teams who want to run it themselves.
