Take Control. Boost Sales. Own The Marketplace.
AI-driven systems. Human decisions.
We manage Amazon accounts using daily data - not monthly guesswork. Every decision is made by experts who actively sell on Amazon & invest their own money in the marketplace.
Proudly Partnered With
Most brands do not lose on Amazon.
They lose control of it.
Your budget funds terms that never convert
On a typical account most paid search terms produce no orders at all. Left unpruned they quietly eat a quarter of the monthly budget. On one live account we found 1,084 of 1,276 terms had never produced a single order.
Traffic lands on a page that cannot close
Advertising buys the click, but it cannot make the page convert. If the images, title and A+ content are not doing their job, more spend just means paying more to be turned down.
Anyone can sell your product
Unauthorised sellers list against you, undercut your price and win the buy box. Your margin goes, your pricing on every other channel gets dragged down with it, and the complaints still come to you.
Three ways we work
Account Management
We run your Seller Central account as your agency. Listings, advertising, brand protection, launches and reporting, all on our systems. You keep ownership of everything.
Brand Exclusivity
We buy your stock and run the channel as your sole authorised seller. Consistent monthly orders, and the reseller problem goes away.
Consulting
A one-off audit, a strategy session, or training for whoever runs your account in-house.
Creative and advertising design
Main images, infographic modules, A+ Premium, Brand Stores and the ad creative that sends traffic to them, all produced in-house and judged on click-through and conversion rather than on how they look in a deck.
| Which is right for you? | Account Management | Exclusivity | Consulting |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who owns the Seller Central account | You do, always | We sell through ours | You do |
| Who holds the stock | You do | We buy it from you | You do |
| Your monthly admin | A monthly call | Almost none | None after delivery |
| Best if | You want the channel as your own asset | You want Amazon handled and off your plate | You want a specific problem fixed |
AI does the volume.
We make the calls.
Every agency says they use AI. Here is what ours found on one live account in nine weeks.
The tail nobody looks at
Paid search terms on a single Sponsored Products account, and what they cost.
Daily search term and bid analysis, across every campaign
Waste gets found in days rather than at the end of the month. One audit surfaced 267 campaigns bidding too low to win a single impression, and 60 more burning budget on terms that had never converted.
Keyword and listing research from real search query data
Built from what shoppers actually searched and bought, pulled from Brand Analytics and Search Query Performance. Not a keyword tool's best guess.
Inventory and restock forecasting
Lead times and sell-through modelled so a stockout gets flagged before it happens. Going out of stock costs you rank, and rank is expensive to buy back.
Reporting that arrives on its own
You see the numbers when they change, not when a monthly deck gets written.
The software handles the scale. A human who has sold on Amazon for years decides what to do about it.
The work, with the numbers attached
Every figure comes from the account's own Seller Central and Brand Analytics exports. Nothing is rounded up.
The pages the traffic lands on
Advertising buys the click. This is what closes it. Every asset here was built in-house for a client account and is still live on Amazon. Click one to see what the listing did after it went up.
How an engagement runs
Audit and strategy
We go through the account and tell you what is actually wrong before anyone spends anything.
Listings and launch
Titles, bullets, images, A+ Premium, Brand Store. The page has to be worth sending traffic to.
Advertising and QC
Branded and generic spend split so they can be judged separately, and stock checked before it reaches Amazon.
Growth and monitoring
Weekly search term reviews, monthly reporting, and a plan that changes when the numbers do.
“A strong month indeed. We managed to hit double scale on the month before overall.”

You will be dealing with me
I am Robert O'Donnell. I started A2Z Solutions after years of selling on Amazon with my own money, and I still do it. That is the difference worth knowing about. I am not an account manager who learned Amazon from a training deck, I am a seller who runs an agency.
It means when I tell you a launch will take longer than you want, or that your ad budget is being wasted, it is because I have made those mistakes on my own stock first.
You get me on the account. Not a junior, not a rotating team.
The things people ask on call two
Do you take on every brand that asks?
No. Not every product works on Amazon, and telling you otherwise to win a retainer wastes your money and our time. We take the first call, look properly at the category, the margins and what the competition is already doing, then come back to you with an honest read. Sometimes that read is that Amazon is not the right channel for you, or not yet. You will be told that rather than sold something.
Who owns the Seller Central account?
You do, on account management and consulting, always. We work inside your account and you can remove our access at any time. On an exclusivity deal we sell through our own account, which is the point of that model.
What size brand do you work with?
Anything from a brand turning over £100k a month on Amazon down to a product that has not launched yet. Size matters less than whether the opportunity is real, which is what the first call is for.
How long does onboarding take?
Two weeks from signing to work starting. Most of that is access, Brand Registry, and getting the product information we need out of you.
What do you need from us?
Seller Central user access at the level the work requires, Brand Registry, product information and images, and one person we can ask questions.
